W zakres robót wchodzą:roboty rozbiórkowe, roboty budowlane wewnętrzne,instalacje wodne i kanalizacyjne,instalacja elektryczna, instalacja systemów nagłaśniających, instalacja systemu przeciwwłamaniowego i monitoringu wizyjnego oraz wyposażenie pomieszczeń.
